Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
Once your event booking is confirmed, cancellation may not be eligible for a refund as arrangements and venue reservations are made in advance.
Refunds
- If an event is cancelled by Dilse Family, full refund will be issued.
- If you cancel due to personal reasons, there are no refunds.
Event Changes
If venue or timing changes, you will be notified in advance. Your ticket remains valid.
